Vapour Reduction System
The Vapour Reduction System (VRS) – as the name suggests – can be connected to the Quill Falcon Cyclone to reduce the water vapour build up in confined spaces, thereby improving visibility for Quill Falcon Cyclone operatives during blasting. The compact system is lightweight and easily portable being built on wheels and is proving a real hit with our asbestos customers working in asbestos enclosures.
- The VRS can remove up to 4 litres of water per hour on an average machine setting
- Less water when blasting makes grit easier to clean up as it’s not as wet
- Disposal of contaminated grit cheaper as drier grit weighs less
- Speeds up work as operatives do not need to stop to allow misting to clear
- Improved visibility inside the enclosure which is far safer for the operative
- Prolongs the life of the NPUs as less water vapour being drawn through the HEPA filters
